Our next event is the Friendfest: Basslantis on Saturday, September 20th, 2024 at Galaxie. Join us for an evening filled with glow-in-the-dark painting, interactive art installations, and activities designed to strengthen friendships and create lasting memories. Friendfest is more than just a party; it’s a celebration of the bonds that bring us together and the artistic talents that make each moment special. The Location

Friendfest takes place in creative venues across Louisville, each chosen for its unique character and ability to transform into something immersive and magical. From vintage bowling alleys to art-filled spaces, every location becomes a living canvas for music, movement, and self-expression.

We’ve hosted Friendfest at the iconic Vernon Lanes, a vintage bowling alley in historic Butchertown. With its nostalgic charm, full-service cocktail bar, and flexible layout, Vernon Lanes provided the perfect backdrop for themed décor, interactive art, and hours of dancing and connection.

We’ve also transformed Portal, a multi-sensory venue known for its bold visuals and layered rooms, into a glowing dreamworld filled with performance, light, and community energy.

Now, we’re bringing Friendfest to Galaxie, a downtown venue known for its vibrant music culture, intimate energy, and adaptable indoor space. With multiple rooms, built-in lighting, and a creative atmosphere, Galaxie allows us to fully craft an immersive environment where sound, visuals, and community come together under one roof.

Each venue adds a new layer to the story of Friendfest. Whether you're dancing under projected lights, painting in a corner booth, or watching a performance unfold just feet away, every space becomes part of the magic. No matter the location, the heart of Friendfest remains the same: a night where you can feel safe, expressive, and deeply connected.

Event Schedule

Friendfest is Louisville’s ultimate celebration of music and community. This inclusive festival, organized by the Inferno Collective, offers a safe space for everyone to enjoy music and dance.

Doors open at 8 p.m. and show starts at 9 p.m. and we keep the party going till 2 a.m. Attendees can look forward to live DJ performances, glow-in-the-dark paint activities, art exhibitions, surprises and more engaging activities. Tickets are available in three tiers, with early bird pricing at $15. The event emphasizes respect, compassion, and community, welcoming all regardless of identity, race, ethnicity, or religion.
